About Us
Dlama Smart Skills is a specialist company in tailored training solutions, founded by Siphiwe Dlamini in 2012. We support the call from government in the creation of an inclusive economy, to eliminate poverty and reduce inequality as noted in the National Skills Development Plan (NSDS III) 2030. Our unique solutions are designed with learning, empowerment and entrepreneurship in mind, creating a professional, innovative and competent workforce to help build a progressive society and sustainable businesses.
Our training programmes are interactive, providing 70% Practicals (workplace experience in the actual field of study) and 30% theory in the classroom, delivered by qualified and experienced facilitators who are also subject matter experts. This also results in increased productivity of staff and integration of marginalised groups into the economy. The end result is a country that is innovative, strives and competes in the global economy through a skilled labour force.
