Host Employment/Workplace Placement: Placement of learners in established institutions to ensure they receive maximum exposure to their specific industry during their Practical’s.

Mentor/Career Guidance: Mentoring of learners in a learnership or skills programme to ensure they have all information concerning their industry available to them and ensure they make sound decisions based on sound advice.

Certification: Issue Certifications of attendance and Seta & SAQA Accredited Certification at the completion of each programme.

Placement: Possible placement of learners in jobs through our partners and stakeholders.

BBBEE Scorecard Points Claim: Out of the 7 Pillars of BBBEE, we specialize in 3 Pillars (Skills Development, Enterprise Development, Socio Economic Development). We ensure that we align our Programmes with the BBBEE Points the Client intends on claiming for every Financial Year, ensuring our Clients claim for maximum Points on the 3 Pillars that we specialize in: 

Skills Development: As an accredited training Provider we implement the highest quality of accredited Programmes which are recognized by SAQA and the particular Sector SETA. 

Enterprise Development: Assist Companies who Fund Enterprise Development with: 

• Identifying and Recruitment of Recipients
• Training and Skilling the recipients 
• Assisting in them having registered and qualified businesses who in turn become Service Providers to the Funder/Client
• The above is the whole process of enterprise development and added on we assist our Clients achieve Full Points for Enterprise Development. 

Socio Economic Development: We work with various NGO’s, Foundations and NPO’s that are in touch with impoverished and Historically Disadvantaged Communities, this ensures that recipients of all our Programmes (Public and Privately Funded) are deserving of such development and Social upliftment. 

Section 12H: We assist, manage and advise on Section 12H claims and Annual Spend on Skills Development.

SetaGrants Applications: We apply on behalf of Companies and Public Entities for Mandatory and Discretionary Grants.

Workplace Skills Plan (WSP): We advise, manage and submit on behalf of our Clients, their WSP.
